A full 4 ounces of my own private recipe! The Veggies-N-Grains flavor is a fantastic blend of human grade cooked grains, fresh veggie chop, and parrot-friendly spices, topped off with three varieties of sprouted millet!! I make it myself in small batches. It's all made with love, pressed into trays, freeze dried to perfection, and immediately sealed in bags with oxygen and moisture absorbers.
I have had the best luck with seed and grass loving species of birds, but sometimes the bigger kids like my Hahn's macaw love it too!

INGREDIENTS:
HUMAN GRADE COOKED GRAIN BLEND: Quinoa, Bulgar Wheat, Oat Groats, Green Lentils, Red Lentils, Barley, Farrow, Long Grain Brown Rice, Sweet Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Red Rice, Black Rice, Yam, Chia seed, Ginger Powder,
Turmeric Powder, Cylon Cinnamon VEGGIES: Purple cabbage, Zucchini, Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Sprouted Red Proso Millet, Sprouted White Proso Millet, Sprouted Golden Millet

All ingredients are human grade and organic when possible.

Can be served dry in biscuit form, crumble as a topper to pellets or regular chop.
Can be moistened and served reconstituted.
Can be crushed to a powder and added to bird bread.
Can be used alongside your existing feeding regimen for added nutrition, given as a treat, or as a food option when traveling. Try it in forage toys!

After opening, seal with zipper closure, fold top down, secure with a clip,
and use within 30 days.

For tiny beaks such as budgies, parrotlets, and finches, start with 1-2 tsp daily.
May need to be crushed up before they will try eating it.
Cockatiels, conures, and similar sized birds can start at 3-4 tsp daily.
More can be offered without worry if the bird is eating it well.
Always remove uneaten food daily, and keep fresh, clean water
available to your bird at all times. This should be part of a balanced diet for your bird, not the totality of it.
