What's included:
Quart jar, ring, lid
Sprouting lid
Drip tray
1 pound of Tri-millet sprouting blend, in pre-measured packets
Instruction sheet

Takes up very little space on countertop, non-messy, no fuss!!
Simply pour a packet of seed into the jar, secure the sprout lid, fill with luke-warm water, soak 2-4 hours, drain.
Rinse 2-4 times per day
You'll have perfect sprouts ready to feed in 3 days, but the seeds can be fed as early as 24 hours.
